AIRTEL HUAWEI 1731 (E173CS-1) PROBLEM SOLUTIONS

1. DURING UNLOCKING PROBLEMS
I am Getting “This Modem Is Not Supported” In Dc Unlocker ?
- If you are Getting This Kind Of Error During Unlocking E1731 (Latest Version Of E1731 By Bharti Airtel India)In DC Unlocker Then Just Let The Thing As It is and just get unlock code from Dc Unlocker.
- Then Download Huawei Code Writer from here.
- Open Huawei Code Writer And Select on “Please Select The COM Port” and you can see on pop-up window Then Click On Detect And select the port From The Window Then Click On Accept.
- Now Click on Unlock Modem It will Ask To Enter Unlock Code then Enter it and Click On OK.
- Done
Your Problem is Solved your modem is unlocked
I am Getting Error Code 12 ?
- If you are getting Error Code 12 then you must have to follow below Steps
- First of all make sure that you have installed the airtel original (Default) Dashboard From Modem.
- Then open the Installed Dashboard wait for five min and let it detect the modem.
- After It detects the modem Close the Dashboard And Try unlocking Process.
2. DURING OPERATING PROBLEMS
I am Getting Error “ Only Specified Sim Card Can Be Used ”?
- If you are getting only specified sim card can be used error then i can say that you have made some mistek during the unlocking process and your modem is still locked. you can try our second procedure listed as I am Getting “This Modem Is Not Supported” In Dc Unlocker
My Modem Is Not Showing Network ?
- If Your Modem is unlocked and not showing the network then you just have to unplug your modem and uninstall the Airtel Dashboard From Control Panel.
- Now Plug your modem again and let it install all the driver and then install Dashboard.
